Any appointments valued at $25 or more that is canceled, rescheduled or no-show within 24 hours of your appointment will be charged a 20% cancellation/reschedule fee. In the event that we could not process your card for the fee the balance will be due in person prior to the start of your procedure or added in to your service bill . We can not refund services and all discounted services and packages are non-refundable. Please be sure of your selection and decision to book or purchase a package.
